The last Relief Society Meeting was a lot of fun! “Heavenly Father has given us a priceless gift in our capacity to communicate with each other. Our communications are at the core of our relationships with others. If we are to return home safely to Heavenly Father, we must develop righteous relationships with His children here in mortality” [Elder Lionel Kendrick] We talked about communication, had a speed chat (great fun to be able to chat on purpose and with many sisters we don’t always get to talk to) and successfully completed some communication challenges in record time. The Fountain Valley 2 sisters are GREAT communicators! We shared some really yummy sweet breads and had the opportunity to look over some talks about communication from the church website. Here are the links for viewing those talks and a great quote from President Monson:
President Thomas S. Monson said, “The ability to communicate is not something we are born with. We have to learn it and earn it.”
